Hello again,

I ugraded to version 5 and many issues rised (latest Joomla 4, cleared cache, everything). First of all the new version is not compatible with sp portfolio, I get the following error:

"Class "ApplicationHelper" not found". /plugins/spsimpleportfolio/sppagebuilder/sppagebuilder.php(47)

Also on blog page I get the following error

"Class "AddonsHelper" not found". /components/com_sppagebuilder/helpers/helper.php(640)

On some pages the custom css was broken.

Unfortunately I had to revert to previous version, because the website is live.

I found the error. It is on module installation. It could not install properly and could not include helper files. The error is in [ROOT]/libraries/src/Installer/InstallerAdapter.php(1157) on getElement() method. I do not have this problem with any other components.

Any ideas on this? I cannot have this issue on future updates.

I know... I edited joomla core files to complete the installation. I think the error will rise again on next release.

Hello How did you upgrade to SPPB version 5?

When I did it from dashboard of Joomla I was shoked by same message "Application Helper" instead of page on the site. Then I found what no license key input raw in SP PB 5. Finally I recognized what dachboard of Joomla made upgrade from SP PB PRO 4 to SP PB Lite 5. Then I manually loaded SP PB PRO 5 to PC and "Install Extension" After that fail "Application Helper" disappeared from page and it was shown as it should be. (And component was shown as PRO again)

But I had half of day of trash mood... and just lucky what it was not production site.

I see today what Joomla dashboard offer upgrade from 5.01 (PRO!) to 5.02 - LITE, but this "lite" written by small characters in 2-nd raw.

I don't think what it is right behavior for upgrade (better, if it will not be show at Joomla dashboard at all than have such frustrating experience) and hope JoomShaper team will adjust it.

Hello!

First I tried with Joomla update system. The update was displaying correctly (upgraded from v4 to v5). The upgrade was not successfull. I tried to install the builder manually from Extensions -> Install but the same error occured. I was able to install the builder only after commenting getElement function code. I agree with you that the team should adjust the future updates.
