Error Received On Import Of Layout Bundle

LG

SP Page Builder 2 years ago

I have SP Page Builder Pro and am trying to import a layout bundle. I click on Preview then Import. I get a red error box at the bottom saying "Cannot read properties of undefined- reading 'message' ". I get the same response with any layout. In my administrator error log I get Undefined variable $is_child in /home/ottawaoc/ottawaotest.ca/oocj4/layouts/joomla/toolbar/separator.php on line 29

What I have reported so far is what was happening 2 days ago when I first reported this through email . What I get today is that when I click on import it just spins and does not return. I don't get the error message today but I don't get any import either.

ust for future use - is there not some way to attach a screenshot?

I have downloaded your site backup and checked on my localhost. It works fine. I think your hosting server blocked to load the Page Template.

Hi there,

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. This type of Problem occurred for the hosting causes. The main cause is memory allocation. Page Builder Page Template or section has need a memory size to be placed on your hosting. Lack of memory spaces, it cannot load properly.

-Thanks

I have contacted our host company and they have replied with this notice and screenshot: I have increased it to 2GB for your domain. Here is a screenshot for confirmation: https://prnt.sc/tS4d5SxphCHz Please refer to the given knowledgebase to increase the upload size limit. However, the error message persists.
I then increased the size to 4GB and still it does not work. This time it hangs without returning.

I have gone back to the start - signed into Joomla - no errors in error console opened components - SP Page Builder Pro and then looked at error console - and I have a message I've not seen before and I have the red error block showing on the screen mentioned before. https://ottawaotest.ca/oocj4/screenshots/Joomla%20not%20defined.png I persist and get to layouts and have this error https://ottawaotest.ca/oocj4/screenshots/Cant%20read%20undefined.png

Could you a) tell me what memory limit is needed b) try it yourself using the credentials I have sent. I see no one has tried this at your end. It would save a lot of back and forth if you could have a look.

Thank you Lorna

Did you change administrator access? And can you share your hosting access? Besides, I would request you to use the Page Builder 5. Thanks

I did not change the administrator access. It is the same on both sites as in my first hidden content - copied below. I have tested it in both sites oocj4 and oocj42 and it works.

I am sorry. I don't know how that happened as I checked them both before sending the note last day. I have set them both back to the ps given in the hidden content.
