Menu For Page Section At One-page Site (SP PB)

Hello I have trouble to create working menu for one-page site. When I looked to QuickStart of Qubic - I see what menu items refer to Section ID of appropriate row. Like #Pricelist, #Contact etc.
I tried to make same, just difference what I see: in Quick Start this is page of SP PB. In my site I used articles of Joomla, but create them by SP PB (Pro)
I also put Section ID to related row, then created menu by "System Links - URL" there I placed just like #Contact.
But seems links in menu exists, but anchors on page - not.
How should I do it in correct way?

If you want to link a section of the same page, you may follow this:
- Give ROW/Section name in field: Section ID
for example: testSectionName
Remember no # or space between, only "-" if you really need to
- In menu item > External URL type > #testSectionName
If you want to link a section of a different page, you have to try using the whole URL with http(s),
for example: https://domain-name.com/#testSectionName

Accepted AnswerHello Usage of absolute URLs is not solution as it will create many troubles - for example if I move site from development domain to production, I need change all links then.
But I found my fail - Section ID for Raw should be written without sign #. pricelist, but not #pricelist (in Section ID).
Now it works and question is closed.
