No it´s not possible BUT if you got to www.stenlofman.se on an ordinary win. computor and then compare the same site on an older iPad you can see the difference. No animation at all. Before I updated PB to 5.0.6 there was no problem. I havne´t changed anything.

I have an other site under construction www.kerstinbragby.com In the english menu go to "about me" scroll down to "read more" nothing happens. In a newer mobile or computor this works brilliant. All happend after latest updating. br Claes

Could you please check this on the latest version? If it does not work please let me know.

Hi again As I said in the title " Old iPad" In newer iPads, iPhones there are no problems. I have tested around on at least 5 different older iPads and iPhones - the same problem.

Many people can´t afford to by new i-devices all the time. That means a lot of people can´t see e.g "read more" at the site I showed you or experience any animations

When I first installed PB 5.0 there were absolutely no problems. Everything worked like a charm. But then after update 5.0.1-5 something happens. There must be some miss-programming in your app. So why should I have an app/program that doesn't work on all devices. br Claes Hope you can fix it.

Even updated both sites to 5.0.8 Same result. Tested 6 older iPads: Same problem. Tested 1 iPad 1½ years old: Brilliant Tested 3 iPhones 5, 3, 3 years old - Same problem. Tested several newer iPhones and Samsung: Brilliant //Claes

For fun I went to your own website Joomshaper.com on an old iPad and scrolled down to "Templates" and tried to click e.g. "portfolio". Nothing happens. Went into some demo templates - there were many empty picture holders and impossible to scroll down more then half a page. Is it so that PB 5.0 doesn't work for older iOS? If so, you should tell us that before buying. //Claes

Basic. I have tested Chrome, Safari, Firefox all with the latest version on all iPads and iPhone. Even called some friends I know have older iPads. Same results.

I use my older iPad daily on many different web sites. No problem at all. It is only when I come to these PB web sites I have shown. And even on Joomshapers own web site. Strange !!

Could you please mention the model+browser name of that problematic devices?

As I said earlier - a lot of iPads/iPhones of older models. I/and some friends have tested at least 5 models. My personal is an iPad mini 2 program version 12.5.7

I/we have also tested different browsers. Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge, no difference.

At the forum I found a guy who had some problems with PB. He had published his web site. https://researchexperts.co.tz/ For fun I went there. There was the same problems. A lot of zooming, scrolling that didn't work (compared to newer iPads or stationary laptops, computors.)

So finally it doesn't looks like there is any problem with the websites or the devices. It´s a bug in the PB program that can´t handle older iPads/iPhones. Can you fix it ?? Before upgrading to PB 5.0.5 – there was no problem //Claes

Could you please mention which version it did work? Which version are you using before page builder 5.05?

It had to be 5.0.2 or 3 Actually I don´t know. It was just after updating to 5.0.5 people started to call me and said that it didn't work on older apple iPad.
