Cannot Upload Images/database Update Required

Hi Team, 2 issues:
- since a few days, maybe after Joomla 4 Core 4.3.4. update I cannot upload images via page builder. It works though with jce for instance, so it must be a SPPB issue. When triying to upload images it get stuck at 100%, there it continues loading without success.
- For around a year or so I get this message: "SP Page Builder database update required SP Page Builder has been updated. To keep things running smoothly, we need to update your database. We strongly recommend you to take a backup in case anything goes wrong."
After pressing the update button the same message comes again and again. I replaced the2 files of "mainainence.zip" provided by Toufiq (https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/7) but no change!
How to solve?

Lets stay technically first:
Becaus after doing waht you said, I could again upload pictures but then I could not save any new articles!I upgraded to Version 5 of SPPB but still the problem ist there that my cleint cannot create new articles in Joomla which is proven related to the content page builder plugin (Version 3 or 5 - it is the same)
