Please go to your contact us menu item edit window and in the Page Title tab you will find those titles there. Here is a screenshot for your convenience:

"Contact Us" does not show up in my Menu>Main Menu section. I see Home, Portfolio, Gallery, Blog and Pages - but no "Contact Us".
