How do I Point Page Builder To A Template That is Not The Default While Developing A New Page?

I am building a new home page using SP Page Builder Pro (PB). My current production site is using Helix Ultimate. I want to point PB at a duplicate Template I call Helix Ultimate PB.
As I am building my new home page in PB, it is using my default Helix Ultimate template used for my current home page which is a regular Joomla Blog article. I need to point PageBuilder's new page to the new template.
I done want to disturb my current production site during development. How can I make that happen. I have not seen any way to do that in the current product. I am on the most corrent version of PB Pro.

You have to assign the page in a menu item. Then set the menu item template to any other template. This is the way.
