Media Manager Stopped Working

Our users suddenly can't use the media manager via the front end when creating / amending article. This is until we change the template to Cassiopeia for the site from Helix.
No changes have been made at site level. We have a user that's been using the page builder and users that are using the front end to create articles. This happend overnight.
Any advice? I'm afraid this is an intranet site so I can't offer access. Kind Regards

Which version of SP Page Builder you are using, there, please? Template and PHP version?
I have just checked and media manager is working fine at my end.
Can I have a screencast also?
