I have SPPage Builder with the Shaper Helix Ultimate Template. I would like to modify the header in the following way - Using Header layout of Top Bar I would like to have Logo in position Top1, Search & sign in - Top2 , have Menu take over the entire row and have both rows sticky. Using multiRows Header Layout - it is close but I would still want Top1 Top2 to be part of the sticky and backgound full width.

I think it should be possible with some custom code but can't seem to manage it. Is there some documentation that might give me some information on this.
