Hi Stefano,

  1. Please download Helix3 template: https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates?search=helix3
  2. Unzip package
  3. Copy all files from that folder: template\html\mod_menu
  4. Then using FTP tool - upload & override all files here: templates/shaper_travelia/html/mod_menu/

It will fix all menu problems :)
