i got another error https://prnt.sc/Ghh1RV-KQjA6 just after install fresh template on localhost. on this case estate template. by the way, outdated since january 2024, and now we are almost 2026.

come on the template is outdated since january 2024. try to make a new fresh install with php 8.3 and you will see the big errors. when is it going to be updated the estate template?¿ thanks
