Page Builder > Pages does Not Open

Using Joomla 4.4.0 and PHP 8.0 - SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.10 I am working in Joomla backend (I always do)
I want to add a new page, but Page Builder > Pages does not open. Nothing happens.In the browser bar I see that the server is busy opening the page. Frontend is frozen, you can not chooes another page. Server checked, but everything is alright. PageBuilder > media and categories is normal response. Onle 'Pages' does not work.
I've had this phenomenon before on another website and when I check that site now, it still doesn't work either. In short, I haven't had access to adjust anything there for months?!
What can I do to get access?

Accepted AnswerI also have another problem: I have tried to make a new page in SPPB in frontend, but I can not make a menu-item with a page in SPPB. So I can not make it vissible.
Another question - I am using SPPB 3.8.10 I now see this is the last version of the 3-series. There is no development more. I have to go to the 5 series. Can I install a new SPBB 5 series and will the site work as normal? Or can I expect problems?

I have another website with the same problem. But also sites with Joomla 4 and SP Pagebuilder (on the same server) which access to the pages in the backend. So they are working OK.

Accepted AnswerDid you try to reinstall page builder? Please keep a full site backup and reinstall page builder if it works. In the meanwhile I will inform our DEV team about it, so that they will check and give us a feedback. Allow me some time please.
And could you please keep full site backup and give me your error log file? Becuase it seems ok in my localhost.
