Hi there,

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? I will check & get back to you soon.

Please disable the mod_security from your hosting server and check again. Thanks

Thanks Toufiq! I tried to save the page and then checked Mod Security logs:

Request: POST /administrator/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&task=/editor.pages&id=9 Action Description: Access denied with code 406 (phase 2). Justification: Match of "eq 0" against "REQBODY_ERROR" required.

So Mod Security is blocking it, but obviously it wouldn't be a good idea to disable it on this account.

So what's the way around it?

Hi Toufiq......Mod Security is now disabled.

I've tried to modify the home page and it's working fine with no 406 error.

Even it works on my server without disabling mod_security. It happens some server and the mod_security blocked to load the resources of Page Builder resources.

You wanted me to disable Mod Security to test it.

I did that and I can modify the page with Mod Security turned off, but I can't leave it like that obviously.
