Sorry, is there a way to prevent other youtube video covers from loading at the end of my video? I tried adding '?rel=0' but it doesn't work.

Hello SUMMER ITALIA S.R.L. - Matteo Zannoni

Please go to Video addon settings and turn on Show Own Channel Related Video. It will show your channel video thumbnail after the video ends.

Sorry, this is not possible. This is a by default feature from YouTube.
