EASY STORE ISSUE

Hello, Jooshpers, first off, i appreciate you bringing up great joomla templates and extensions, i am however not happy with support at the moment.

i have used easy store templates to build 3 sites (Allura for 1 site , and Jewels for 2 sites), all the sites are having issues and i have lodged compplaints several times, sadly the issues (especially the payment gateways), they are still not working !

Please help update the 3 sites with the EasyStore V1.0.5, hopefully the issues get fixed that way.

Apology for the inconvenience. We have fixed the issues on the latest EasyStore. Please update your EasyStore version and it will be solved.

To update, you will need an EasyStore subscription.

Ofi Khan, first of all, i have an already active plan that gives me access to templates , SP Page Builder and extensions, the templates i got from my subscription has EASYSTORE ecommerce templates which i used, the templates have issues affecting my websites, now you are telling me to subscribe to EasyStore so i can use the templates, i sincerely think it's not fair.

i will subcribe to EasyStore Store plan soon but certainly not now as i do not have a budget for that at the moment.

all i ask is that you help update those sites with the new EasyStore version so issue can be fixed , or if there is a way you can resolve the issue for me then please do , but please do not keep my issues pending on this support forum.

my issue has lingered for too long and i am working on live sites already.

i hope you understand my plight !!

I understand your issue. Please allow us some time. We will update the quickstart package very soon. Then you can use that quickstarts with the latest EasyStore version.

Mr. Ofi Khan, please understand i have already used the templates in 3 LIVE sites, with products added to them, it's a good thing you guys will update the templates soon, but even if you update the quickstart how does that help my already existing site that have clients products uploaded on them?

now you want me to begin building from start all over again?? why dont you guys just help me update the 3 sites for now while you upate the quickstarts with ES v1.0.5 ??

i will definitely subscribe the easystore plan but ceratainly not now coz i work with budgets and i alredy have an existing actve subscription.

please help update my sites!

the templates came with the issues, this is support space , you ought to help fix my issues and i am your customer for crying out loud!!

I have talked to the team. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to update the extension. With the template subscription, you will get the template update. But your issue is with the extension which does not come with your plan. Either you need to buy an EasyStore plan with BLACK FRIDAY 50% sales. Or you can take the updated quickstart in the next week.

Ofi Khan, the implication of what you are saying right now is that the active subscription plan i have is useless as i am not getting value in terms of products performance & effective support for templates and extensions i paid for.

you cannot force me to buy another subscription when i have one that is already active, my active subscription entitles me to tech-support, so please FIX MY SITES !! the issue is with your extension not with me !

i already have the extension on my sites and now you want to force me to buy another subscriptiion to solve an issue that is domiciled in my active subscription as well, this is not fair of joomshapers honestly!!

plesae fix my sites, i do not have any more time and i cannot wait and start fresh installs and configs all over!
