Reinstall component (clear joomla cache and browser)
I read forum questions and I don't have the solution.
I've already used 2 templates and don't save on the home page

If I have contacted my hosting provider, it was checked that the specifications of sp page bulder were fully complied with, the proof is that the component works perfectly on the front end

I close is ticket without solution and I won't waste your time, because I don't explain myself or you don't understand me but the evidence of the error is in video and images
