Display On IPad Shifted

Hi there
The page is not displayed correctly on the iPad. Everything is slightly shifted. On my Samsung tablet, the page is displayed correctly. I also noticed that on the iPad the desktop version is displayed and not the mobile version. I tried to put the right code in the custom CSS, but without success. What do I need to do to make the mobile version appear on the iPad?
