Page Layouts Showing 500 Error

I am getting Error 500 on one of my websites, when i am trying to view the Page Layouts. Please check the screen record and I am gettig the warning in the log file.

Sorry for the issue.
Does it start happening suddenly? All was okay before?
Would you please remove and re-enter your email and license key into SPPB settings? Clear both Joomla and browser caches, then try again.
If it doesn't help, kindly give me your admin access to check the issue for you.
