Website Not Working After Kickstart.php .jpa File Site Restore

I performed a complete restore from a .jpa backup. My site at nettop.com is showing the following error:

Attempted to load class "Helper" from namespace "HelixUltimate\Framework\Platform". Did you forget a "use" statement for another namespace?

I've tried some of the fixes I've read in the forum, but still getting this error. I've running on php 8.0 and I'm using the Themis template in Joomla 4

Thanks for your help, Tim

Hi Tim,

On your place I would try to reinstall Helix Ultimate plugin using a new version.

I would like to do that, but when I go to nettop.com/administrator I get the following error: "An error has occurred. 0 Class "Joomla\Plugin\System\Skipto\Extension\Skipto" not found" so I am unable to access the plugins install page. Do you have a direct link that might work? I tried going to /administrator/index.php?option=com_plugins but get the same error.
