Newsberg Quickstart Doesn´t Install Istself

Hi everybody!
I have got this problem:
Im installing clean installation on local of Newsberg quickstart for J4 (newsberg_quickstart_j4). I advance exactly following instructions in that blog here (https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/how-to-install-quickstart-package-in-joomla-4).
After step 3 (third image of instructions) I get the start screen again or get a warning that "process of installation failed".
In spite of that if I try to install normal clean J4 installation - everything is ok.
If I try Helix Ultimate quick start - the same problem appeare again.
Have you please someone any idea or advice...?

PHP 8.2 MySQL db Xampp virtual server

tables are ok, configuration.php is ok. After removing Installation folder J4 shows this error message:
Though, there is no progress.

additionaly I made a screen video record of process of installation the Newsberg quickstart on my local PC.

If I remove the installation folder after that, following error message pops up:
"No configuration file found and no installation code available. Exiting..."
Where can be the problem...?

Sorry for the inconvenience! Please lower your PHP version down to the PHP 7.2/7.3 then it will be good I hope.

unfortunatelly I tryed all your advises and result the same. I downgrade PHP to 7.3 version, I have followed the instructions on recomended page.
Installation is cycling itself - it ends at first step.
Im inserting the record from it again for you: https://files.fm/u/7nkacan2ch (acces rights are set up for public).
So I came to these questions: Isn´t this problem in Newsberg template? Is it really fully compatible with J4? Isn´t needed some patch? If I finally succeed and install that Quickstart, the J4 needs PHP 8. Certainly J5 will need it. How should I proceed in that situation?
