I can see those are the category blog pages, comes from the Joomla core. Sometimes the category blog page view changes with override in template. But if you want to change them it requests code customization and customization support is prohibited here.

If it's a simple change, if it can be change with CSS, then we will definitely try to provide small CSS lines for you.

With the help of SP Page Builder you can design the article details page and SPPB pages, but not the category blog page.
