When I try to install helixultimate_template_v2.0.18 on Joomla 4.4.3 it gives the error "Copy failed". Afterwards it tells me that the update has not been installed, but if I check the files they are updated. There is also the issue of untranslated buttons in the template interface. I have seen the solutions proposed to solve the problem, but

  1. I can't reinstall the template
  2. I didn't find any translation file of the template so I wasn't able to correct the error you indicated

I didn't want to reinstall, I wanted to update from 2.0.16 to 2.0.18, but that "Copy failed" error occurred. In fact, it installs the plugin, but not the template and then I saw the problem with the translations. When I saw the post you pointed out to me, I looked for the translation files, but they aren't there because it didn't update.
