Call to action, blockquote, drop cap, and social likes are absolute SPPB add-ons.

We did not install anything other the SPPB and they were there in 3 but greyed out in 5. It was part of the fresh install of SPPB3 that I just did to test this.

The template is Helix Ultimate. Just the stock blank template.

These addons are mostly not supported, all those same features you can find in Feature addon. Please use it instead.

CTA was used in older versions of SPPB only, and now it may not work. Just during SPPB updates installer couldn't delete them.

You might remove the addons from the files. Or uninstall and then install SPPB.

NOTE: Make sure you have a full site backup before making any changes.

Would uninstalling affect all of the existing pages and media?

I think if you dont have any issue you can then keep that addons here. It will not affect your site. And if you want to uninstall then install the page builder it should not affect your site. But still for your site security you can keep a full site backup before making any changes.

Deleting pagebuilder and reinstalling seemed to fix this. The issue is that we build and manage sites for customers and when they log in and see that, they question why we aren't using the correct version.

I deleted and reinstalled, but when it reinstalled, all of the SPPagebuilder Site Modules that were created were gone and didn't come back when pagebuilder was reinstalled. I need to get rid of those add-ons without having to redo all of the site modules that were built with the Pagebuilder modules. Do you have a suggestion?

You can try one thing but please make sure you have a full site backup.

Go to your template file --> componenets --> comsppagebuilder --> addons --> find that addons folder and remove it.

It may works. But please make sure you have a site backup for your site security.
