Why does the Magnin template quickstart package take so long to load?
- PHP 8.3
- System cache: ACTIVE
- Cache: conservative level
- Page compression: enabled
- Images - lazy loading, enabled.
Performance for mobile devices: 39

In general too many elements are loaded.
Check features of JCH Optimize or similar - it may help compress what you have.
And consider if you really need to using:
- sp simpleportfolio on home page (or in general)?
- module helix ultimate options ?
- and loading Font Awesome twice
General rule is : less = faster.
Does your hosting support LiteSpeed or REDIS Cache - if yes, use it.
