Each time i upload the new version of SP Pagebuilder, i lose the slideshow.

Where can you not upload the image? Please share a screenshot of your issue to understand it better. Take a screenshot and share via any platform. For example: Lightshot or Imgur

Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check it on my localhost.

Please update to SP Page Builder 5. Upload image will work. We have limited support for SP Page Builder 3.

I have taken your site backup and updated SP Page Builder on the site. It seems to be okay with image upload. Please check this backup (in the hidden content) on your server. Follow this tutorial if needed.

Hi, Your file was no help unfortunately.
I have since purchased the new version of the template and updated SP Page Builder to latest version and still cannot upload images...
Also, when i upgrade the version of SP Page Builder i lose the slideshow from the template.

I have a similar problem to Gavin. After updating SP Page Builder from 3.8.10 to 5.3.4, I lost the slideshow. After I downgraded back to 3.8.10, I can no longer upload images. The upload bar remains at 100%.
What can I do?
