One more issue #4, When you search, you can't find the image which is there in the collection.

And now the slider for images doesnt show up either hmm whats going on? The slider works but the images are not loaded...

That is a weired issue of Atumn Admin Template. Anyway I have shared the login of other website which has same issues.

I got these issue when doing the updates of SP Pagebuilder and Helix Ultimate with Joomal 5.1.2

I solved the problem by start all over again and create a new slider scrapping the old one that have overwritten files when updating

You are currently using a third-party admin dashboard template, which is why the Page Builder feature is unavailable. Once you switch back to the default dashboard template, the Page Builder and media will function correctly. However, please note that the Joomla media issue is not related to our products.

I have recently changed the dashboard template becaue there is an another issue of css not loading on admin side. Mentioned media issues are there since a long time. You can check by yourself by switching the template of dashboard. Yes you can download the backup but pls make sure that you maitened the data privacy.

ssnobben commented he had the same issue and he suggested to redo who sliding and image addons but that will be a long work.

Please provide the solution.

First of all, thank you for your prompt response.

As you suggeste I disabled the plugin System - Regular Labs Library Then I cleared the Cache to check.

1st problem is that it gave these errors -

Regular Labs Library plugin is not enabled. Advanced Module Manager cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not enabled. Articles Anywhere cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not enabled. Modals cannot function. Regular Labs Library plugin is not enabled. Modules Anywhere cannot function.

And these are important plugins which are already integrated in the website. So, I can't disable that plugin.

Even after disabling, all my issues remained the same -

1. Not all recent or previously uploaded images shows in "All files"
2. When clicked on "Folders" - It is now not freezing. That's any way works sometime.
3. I don't see this error now ""Cannot use object of type..." so it is solved.
4. Still not searching images and videos which are uploaded through "Media".

Issue # 1 and 4 are important.

So out of 4 issue 2 are solved which were anyway working fine sometime.

And as I mentioned I can need this plugin so can't disable it.

So, please do the needful.

Ok but as I explained, even after disabling that particular plugin. Main issues remained the same. So, doesn't that mean, it is not helpful?

Admin Template I had to swift because default Admin Template - Autum is creating issue that it doesn't load css on admin side, which you were complaining about for other website. CSS Work with this new admin. So, that is temporary I did for you so that you can login in admin area.

About the media issue, I think you have miss understood. I am talking about the features/issues when you try to add or search images through addon at SPPB Pages. NOT AT MEDIA page of admin.

You can check it there.

If you still can't get it then I will have to share video.

I just realized that after disabling RegularLabs System Plugin then when I uploaded new image it worked fine and the issues are solved with it.

But all the previously uploaded images are not showing in the "All Items" list and also not searching. Please check the video.

About contacting Regular Plugin author, I am using free version and not sure if they would help. Is there anything you can do to avoid conflicts with RegularLabs System Plugin, because I am using it for all of my websites along with SPPB Component?

I have checked this site and you shared another site URL screencast video.

You are right but that issue is same, I checked the site which I gave you access of. But issue is the same with previously uploaded images. Pls check.

Thanking you for noting down the issue and hopefully it will be implemented soon. This is important otherwise if user is making photogalleries then he/she has to go to Folders and sub-folders every time to choose the image. It is an annoying process. If the search functionality works fine and the recent images shows in top then the life become easy with SP Page Builder.

Ok, so what you mean to say is that, user needs to use only SPPB Media uploading feature and not Joomla media feature?

Does SPPB support heavy files like videos and also allow to upload bulk files?

I was again working with SPPN Media manager as you suggested and now I remember that I was using Joomla Media Manager, because of one of the reason - in SPPB Media Manager, you can not upload files in bulk, you have to upload one by one.

Currently I need to upload 40 images, I am doing it one by one, which is not userfriendly. Is there any solution for this?

Check the video... I tried in Gallery addon, same issue with all image addons where you can upload images. Can't select all images so how is it possible to upload bulk images?

I understand the exact issue now... I use frontend editor and so sent you video of the same, where bulk uploading is not working. You ae usign backend editor and in your video it is happpenig.

So, how to fix the issue of bulk uploading on frontend editor?

This means issue of bulk upload through Frontend editor is there. This is a general task and wonder why this was never considered to fixe/improvised?
