Issue With Media Manager Thumbnails

Hello,

I am having an issue with the Media Manger showing anything past the 2nd row as really small blocks. I wasn't having the issue before but then just noticed it this morning. I am on Joomla 5.3.3 and SPPB 5.7.2. When I inspect it, if I turn off the "overflow: hidden" on ".css-11jjjdn-caption-listItemWrapper", then they all display. So I am not sure if that is the issue or is just a work around. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/CUcklZx

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

From my end, I didn't see any issues that you mentioned.

Could you please clear yoour Joomla and Browser cache.

Thanks

I did that and I still have the same issue. I am using Firefox (latest version) and I still have that issue. When I do it in Chrome, it shows up fine. I have cleared the joomla cache, browser cache, tried it in a private tab, and adjusted the window size to see if that changed anything.

I am not sure what was wrong but I removed the Firefox browser and reinstalled it. That fixed the issue. There must have been a corrupt or broken file in a recent update. Thanks for looking into it!

I am back to having this issue again except this time the folders stay the correct size but just don't show the rest of them below the first row. This is using a new browser since the last time it happened and its happening on all the sites using SP Page Builder. This was never an issue before but something changed within the last 2 months that is now causing this issue. This is also something related to SP Page Builder because my JCE media manager is working correctly along with the built in Joomla Media Manager.

Here is the screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/agKhut5

There are 30+ folders and over 100+ images that are in that directory where I took the screenshot. But only 4 folders show up. It does allow you to scroll down but its just blank.

The issue is with Firefox and the way the Media Manager is in SP. The media manager works in chrome and worked for a while in firefox but over time ends up doing something like this. But its a recent change that is causing it because I was using firefox and SP for a long time with no issues but something in the last 2 months changed that is causing the issue. JCE and the built in joomla media managers still work, its just the SP media manager that isn't working.

Any update on this? I see a new version has been released but even after adding the new verison, the media manager still doesn't work correctly on firefox.
