Video did Not Start

Hello, a video which comes from slider is not running (should start automatically) with iphone safari and android firefox. With chrome it works. Any idea? https://www.go-galgo-go.de/ greetings!

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. It depends on your browser’s mechanism, as most mobile devices do not allow videos to play automatically. Some mobile browsers might allow autoplay for muted videos or when specific user permissions are granted. Depends on device, but maximum doesn't have function.
