Text Button Override

In my italian Joomla site a "Course Details" button in SPLMS course is in English and not Italian. I tred to manage override, but I don't found any key to manage this translation. Can anyone hel me?

Thank you for reply. Yes, this is my URL whre there is a list of courses with text over the button in English. I read the suggestion in your link, but I don't found nothing into single file of language and I would change the text with an override. thanks
