Please go to your file manager and from plugins folder rename this plugin and then check.

so jsecurelite is in components. i renamed the file. still have the same issue unable to get to the backend

In general Joomla Upgrade problems are beyond our support.

.... you have to rename that folder "jsecurelite", path: plugins/system/jsecurelite/

Probably its cause problems. Old code.

1. You should disable all extra installed plugins BEFORE Joomla Upgrade, then you will safe lots of time & stress.
2. Backup of your site has your Hosting Company, in most cases they keep it for 5-7-10 days. You can ask them for help. You pay also for that service., not only storage.

This was the only site i had no backup. you live and learn. Your support is appreciated and what you have suggested didnt work. also i use the same jsecurelite. on other sites that i have upgraded with zero issue where does SPPagebuilder store pages i want to see if can extract some of the data so I can rebuild the site
