Guest Payment Not Working

Hello,

On checkout, the payment is not working for guests. If I log in it works. When you click on the "payer" button, the wheel is just keeping turning.

You can test using either payment methods as they are on sandbox. Try only the site with french language as the orhers are not finished yet.

Second question. When clicking on the contries in shipping address, the countries are only mentionned in english. Is it possible to have the countries in the language chosen? If I naviguate in french, it would be nice to have the countries in french.

It's your paypal account problem. I have checked using my account and it works fine.

Hi, it seems to work today.... it wasn't wotking with the custom payment neither. Thanks for checking. I hope the problem won't com back.

What about the second question? Having the countries in the language of the site?

Also, when I buy as guest, where are the infos saved? I can see the infos in the orders of course but in which database because I have to delete some as I don't have any new addresses for testing.

And finally, the mails for guests are not received. It worked once but not anymore. The customer receives the confirmation for order but not the one called "Your new account" and "New user details" which I guess should be sent if the customer ask for his infos to be saved.

Thank you Toufiq for the explanations.

But than on which behaviour or action, do I get the two emails (images in hidden)? It only happened once. I liked the fact that as guest I received those two mails so that I can validate an account without passing by the registration process.

Also, I ask this question again, is it possible to have the countries in the language of the site?

There is no option to validate your guest user. You can stop to cash on delivery for the guest user.

Sorry, right now this feature/functionality is not available.

guest payment not working again. And it's not a paypal problem as it works with logged in user.

Sure, if you modify file without saying it.... you remove the modal by putting the original contact.php . Anyway, no need to loose time as I asked for a refund. There are too many things to improve and when I try and some others do, we go back to starting point just by answering it's not possible. I need a real professional e-commerce and today it is not achievable with easystore. I wish it will be in the future because there is a good working base.
