Error 42883 On Fresh Joomla Install Using PostgreSQL

Hello,
I have installed a fresh copy of Joomla and only installed Page Builder and when I try to navigate to Page Builder on the backend I get the following:
42883 42883, 7, ERROR: operator does not exist: character varying = integer LINE 3: WHERE "client_id" = 0 AND "home" = 1 ^ HINT: No operator matches the given name and argument types. You might need to add explicit type casts.
Is there a specific setting that needs to be tweaked in order for Page Builder to work with PostgreSQL and 5.1.4 joomla build? Thnx
