Is It Possible To Create Links From Tags?

Hello,
I have a ecommerce site that has clothing (tees/sweaters) which are 2 categories but each item will be apart of different collections. If I have 4 tees that are apart of collection 1 and 4 tees apart of collection 2 how can I link visitors that want to just see tees apart of collection 1 and tees apart of collection 2 which are tagged on backend? Thnx
