Feature Box Problems

Hi! I'm working with the "Feature Box" addon, adding images. But it's not working properly. The image takes up all the space, cutting off the title and content. I change the width of the image in the panel, but no matter what value I put, it always leaves the image the same.
I'm sending a link where this problem is shown. I'm putting two examples, with different values in the width and the image always stays the same. The values can be seen at the bottom.

And if I leave the addon occupying the whole row, the title and content are not displayed correctly.
I've also used the "Check content" option, but it doesn't work.
Can you help me?

While Flex is not our template, and we are unable to provide support for it, I recommend that you try renaming your override of the feature box add-on. You can do this by navigating to your templates folder under the file manager. Then, you will able to use our Page Builder feature box add-on.
File Path: templates/flex/sppagebuilder/addons/overridden_addon_name
Using this add-on should allow you to proceed without any issues.

In Feature addon set that: Position > Before Title
becuase if you have "right/left" there is no space to display whole image and text.
OR
You have to use smaller image.

Accepted Answer2nd issue that you may have is FLEX TEMPLATE (!)
Nighmare, if we talk about addons override. Many of thems were overriden by them. So we cannot support them anymore. Easy to proof it.
Make a simple test. Set "Cassiopeia" as you main/default template for 3 minutes and check that same page again. It will tell you where to search source of issue.

Thank you very much for your comments. I am indeed using the Flex template. I was working with Joomla 4, but many problems arose and I had to migrate to Joomla 5.
The way it should look is as shown in the following link:

I tested changing to Cassiopeia and it works fine there. But I already have a lot of work done in the Flex template.
Any idea how this could be fixed?
