Sorry to hear that.

Are you using Helix Ultimate and Helix3 at the same time in a single site? Actually, we do not recommend to use them together as they are different in many aspects, which may cause conflicts. So, kindly use templates from only one framework and remove the rests, even the system plugin too.

Once you upload your site to the online server then we can check it if still issue happens.

Now it works, thank anyway.

But I have already 2 other questions:

1. As I mentioned, I use joomla 5, the Helix template and the page builder pro. I opened a new section and picked a video addon. Then I loaded it up and I can see it. But unfortunally an error "Mime-Type" appears. It is an mp4, which works on the normal joomla-site.

2. And second: I created already 5 different sites on joomla. Is there any way, that I can export them to pagebuilder, to revise it and make it look better.

Sorry for the delayed response.

1. Can you share the full error statement? A screencast will be better to get an overall idea about it.
2. Export/Import is only available built with SPPB pages from one website to other: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/export-import-and-save-for-later-use

However, you can copy paste your contents and place them within suitable addons of SPPB in SPPB pages if it suits you.
