Hi Taco,

It's known issue with Joomla 4, when you used old .htaccess file with Gzip compression in Global Configuration. I've seen it many times since May.

It means NO relation with JoomShaper products.

Solution is easy:

1. Delete current .htacces file
2. In configuration.php file disable gzip compresssion
3. clear browser cache & check administrator again
4. if will be ok, rename htaccess.txt (take a new one) to .htaccess

In many cases, webmasters (advanced & beginners) forget to update content of .htaccess file from Joomla 4 to new Joomla 5.

Zoals u weet, zijn we niet Joomla ondersteuning op te lossen alle Joomla, .htaccess problemen en fout 404 als gevolg van verkeerde instellingen. Er is een limiet aan de ondersteuning van Joomshaper.

QUICK TIP :]

In Global Configuration > System > SEO > Use URL Rewriting: NO > Save settings

And then recheck subpages from Menu again.

If it will be OK, it means you made a mess with .htaccess file (!) and that's all.
