I have found the issue on your site. To test it further on my localhost, I would like to take your site backup. If you allow me, then I will take an Akeeba Backup of the site. Then I will investigate it on my local machine.

I have taken the backup, but I could not download it. Could you please provide your cPanel or file access? Then I can take it from your files.
