Hello, coul d you please help me with this?

i can't create or edit an SP Page Builder module if i begin to create and save , then i get the error like the one i am sending

could you please help me to fix this?

Hello again it doesn't worked.

contacted hosting support and reviewed the 5 points mentioned on the post, but nothing i still got the error as you can see here.
