I have problems installing j2store 4.0.10 on one of the "Indigo" templates,

with Joomla 5.2.1 and PHP 8.1 and 8.3 with this same configuration I was able to install it on 2 other websites with helix and SP Page Builder PRO In all of them I also had Easy Store, just in case, I uninstalled one to see if this generated any incompatibility, but even so, it cannot be installed.

Hola Jesus,

We are NOT J2Store Support/Developer, and we never were!

Installation problems are not related to the template or other components used.

Los problemas de instalación no están relacionados con la plantilla u otros componentes utilizados.

Before you think of writing something in response to my statement, please read the official note from the j2store developers:

Dear J2Store Community,

We have always strived to deliver quality eCommerce extension through J2Store, and we deeply appreciate the trust and support you have shown us over the years. However, after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to sunset the development of J2Store and its associated extensions. (...)

The J2Store repository has been archived, and the project will no longer be actively maintained. And all open issues in the repository have been closed.

J2Store project was officially closed over a month ago, and has been forked and evolved into J2 Commerce.

Hello, thank you for your prompt response. I have to give you the good news that J2Store continues, and is more powerful than before. In a short time after the project was resumed, J2Commerce has improved it and made it compatible with J4, J5 and soon J6.

I have passed the concern on to the J2Commerce team and they were able to carry out the installation correctly. It turns out that the INDIGO template had been brought from J3 and had to go through a process of cleaning obsolete extensions. With this process completed, everything works perfectly now.

I now have J2Store 4.0.10 installed on several web pages with Helix Ultimate and SP Page Builder and everything works wonderfully.

Thank you very much.
