Not Sending "New Order Notification For Admin" Mail When "New Order Notification For Customer" is Off

I have been struggeling for two days with my webhost and others figureing out why EasyStore did not send order confimations mails to the store when a new order was placed. Customers recived and test mails worked, so it had nothing to do with the server.
I think i found the problem: EasyStore is not sending "New Order Notification for Admin" mail when "New Order Notification for Customer" is off.
That needs to be fixed.
