There is No Background Overlay For Section Background - This is Odd

This is what i am trying to do:

(1) Define a section and add a video background - works ok (2) Define a background overlay color - there is none??

To acheive the (2) above i have to add an addon items and then do the same. The problem comes when i define a Slider addon on. The problem i have with this is that i have to do add the background video and overlay to to each item.

Is there a solution to this.

Its ok. It appear that background overlay appears only after I have defined the image for background and then saved the page.

Joomshaper still need to fix this. As the overlay settings only appear after the background image has defined and saving the page. Its should be there as a standard setting.

I have tried to follow your instructions and it seems the overlay color option is available right after selecting the background video/image for the section, without having to save the page. I have captured a screenast for you to check.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. A screencast illustrating the issue would be better to have.
