Your contact form is not working due to two reasons:

1. SMTP Configuration Issue – Your Joomla SMTP settings are incorrect, as the SMTP password is missing.

Solution:

Since your SMTP configuration is incomplete, please either: Configure the SMTP settings correctly in Joomla.

Or please share your SMTP details, including the password, so I can update it for you.

Alternatively, you can manually update your SMTP password by editing your configuration file via cPanel: $smtppass = 'your_password_here';

Thank you for the prompt help and support. The Joomla Global Configuration wouldn't allow me to change the SMTP password, but adding it to the configuration.php file has worked ok.

I'll look again at the form fields and check out the documentation to configure them to what I need, I simply had them at the template defaults.
