Dear Support Team!

I have a website with the SP Page Builder (version 5.4.6) and the Template Shaper Wayne Corp (version 2.0.0) installed.

The site is currently running on Joomla 4 and I would like to update it to Joomla 5.

However, I also need to update the template before the Joomla 5 update and unfortunately the update is not showing up despite clearing the cache several times. I have checked the licence key and email address. Everything is correct.

Unfortunately, when I download and install the template from the Joomshaper site, the existing template is not updated, instead a new template is installed.

I have checked 2.0.2 quickstart. Please keep this template version.

Go to your previous shaper_wayne_corp template and Export the settings. Then import the settings to the new shaper_waynecorp version. Then delete shaper_wayne_corp template and use the new template. There will be no issues in the future as we will use the latest name. You can follow this documentation:

Please go to Wayne Corp Template Page and download the latest 2.0.2 version. It is compatible with Joomla 5. Install this version on your site and check your issue again.

Thank you for your quick reply.

Unfortunately, as I wrote in my previous message, this does not work.

When I download and install the latest version, the existing version is not updated, but a new version is installed.

Has the template been renamed? Because version 2.0.0 says 'shaper_wayne_corp'. And the new one is 'shaper_waynecorp'.
