Sticky Header Not Working In Nectar Template

I am using your Nectar. However, when I turn the Sticky Header feature on in the template settings, the header does not remain fixed while scrolling. Instead, it behaves as if the feature is turned off.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the template settings in Joomla. Enable the "Sticky Header" option in Helix Ultimate. Save the changes and refresh the site. Scroll down the page and observe that the header does not remain fixed.
Additional Information: Joomla Version:5.2.3. Template Name & Version: Nectar Version 1.0.0.

Accepted AnswerThank you. In the modules, I do not see offcanvas menu. How do I add Offcanvas menu for mobile and tabet views? Currently, there is no menu when you view the site either in a mobile device or tablet?
