Receiving Error 500 When Creating A New Page

I've installed SP Page Builder and Helix Ultimate on a joomla 3 site in hopes of being able to recreate the template to allow for the update to J4/J5. I've started creating the new template, but when I went to create a page to assign it to all I get is an Error 500. What could be causing this?

About Error 500 | blank page, it was caused by very old & damaged JCE editor v2.6.x from 2018 !!! This version had security "hole" problems as well. I know that older JCE versions don't show updates, but you should manually check at least once a year. It's a very good habit for all extensions per site.

I uninstalled JCE, now decide to install a new version (JCE 2.9.83) or keep TinyMCE by now.

And Yes, SPPB 5.5.2 works now. Evidence

Hi Matt.

As you can read in SPPB documenation, SPPB 5.x was developed mostly for Joomla 4 and Joomla 5. Always start from documentation tips > https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/technical-requirements

we have them for that purpose, not only for SEO ;p

Well I feel foolish. I checked the updater, but obviously that wasn't picking up the fact the JCE was outdated. Thanks for setting me straight.
