Do Not Receive An Email In The Form Builder

Hello, I have created a form and unfortunately I do not receive an e-mail. The user who fills it out gets the message, but not me. What could be the reason for this?

Hi,

Thank you for the quick reply. The problem is that emails are being sent. The address filled out in the form receives an email, but unfortunately the address stored in the backend does not.

Do you have any ideas?

Check these steps to fix the issue:

  1. Verify Email Settings – Go to System → Global Configuration → Server → Mail Settings and test email.
  2. Form Builder Settings – Ensure the Admin Email is set correctly in SP Page Builder.
  3. Spam & SMTP – Check spam folder, whitelist emails, and use SMTP instead of PHP Mail.
  4. Hosting Restrictions – Review email logs or contact your hosting provider.
  5. Enable Debug Mode – Turn on Debug System in Joomla and check for errors.
