f I use frontend or backend page edit, do some editation and after that I click on save button, nothing happend but only save button is rotating.

If I go to frontend editing, and make some short change in few seconds, save button is working, but Iwhen I try it later after next editation, same problem

My pages are hosted on siteground.com

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best Regards,

Hi,

Please try clearing your browser cache as well as the Joomla cache, then check again.

I’ve tested both the backend and frontend editors by adding and removing text multiple times, and I didn’t encounter any issues during those checks.

Let me know if you’re still facing any problems.

Thanks!

unfortunately clearing browser and joomla cache helpled only for 1 minute. When I spend more time with editing some page (go to tinyMCE in full screen, edit some text and links), then go to SEO page setting and change something and try to save - I got same behavior - save circle is still rotating and nothing happend. You need to spend more time in page dit mode.

I noticed the issue—it seems to be related to caching. Could you please temporarily disable caching from your SiteGround hosting?

Thanks!

I’ve checked your site on my local machine and didn’t encounter any issues.

Please review your WAF rules or ModSecurity settings, as they might be blocking the request. Also, kindly check your .htaccess file for any conflicting rules.

Thank you!

please take a look on enclosed images. When it is not possible to save, I got 502 Bad Gateway on some of your javascript files

Yes, I’m seeing a 502 Bad Gateway error. This is a server-side issue and is not typically related to the page builder.

Please contact your hosting administrator and ask them to temporarily disable all firewall rules to help identify the root cause.
