Hi, we have a new domain where we worked with the free version of pagebuilder. We have updated today to the business license, added the domain to our license on the dashboard and installed the pro plugin. Then we entered the licence key in joomla but pagebuilder is still not activated and shows just the free features. Did we miss something? The installation package is freshly downloaded today: com_sppagebuilder_pro_v5.5.4.zip

In most cases it's a files cache, as we mentioned in SPPB documenation.
