Attempted To Load Class "Helper" From Namespace "HelixUltimate\Framework\Platform"

Helix Framework 4 months ago

Since today (as far as I know) one site does not load and returns a 500 error. When debugging it shows the error:

"Attempted to load class "Helper" from namespace "HelixUltimate\Framework\Platform".

The odd thing is:

  1. I have 8 sites on the same server created from the same base
  2. None of them have this issue except one
  3. When switching template it's gone (but the whole site is)
  4. Checked PHP, extensions, and so on, will continue tomorrow
  5. Other topics haven't been of help, posting here

Details are in 'hidden.' Will update if I find something myself.

--> fixed: Reverted back to back-up, nothing there, just cannot upgrade latest Joomla now, will look into this later <--

Ok, I did send a url yesterday where the back-up is, but I see that didn't get posted. Find it below in hidden (again). Credentials are as on the other site.

Please check now. I have reinstalled the latest version of SP Page Builder, which has successfully resolved the issue.

Let me know if everything is working as expected on your end.

Best regards

Thanks, the issue was solved by restarting the site from back-up. Any idea why the error code was refering to Helix Ultimate Framework?

You're very welcome! I'm glad to hear the issue was resolved by restoring the site from a backup.

Regarding the error code referencing the Helix Ultimate Framework — it's possible that during the update process, a network interruption or file corruption occurred, which might have affected some core files of the framework. This can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior or errors being thrown by dependencies like Helix.
