4+ questions about sp property

1: when you put a size of square meters with , and . and if mixed, does not show

2: even you put the correct latitude and longitude, does not show on the map. how to actívate it? Even it is compulsary every time you put a property, why is it compulsary? how to deactivate it? and how to make it public with the map? the map never shows anything.

3:when you try to copy paste a youtube link video, you get a big red error on top: Save failed with the following error: Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x9F\x92\xB8 N...' for column dbtest.test_spproperty_properties.description at row 1

4: lol, after I deactivate all the properties example of SP Property, inside the demo quickstart of estate template, I got a big massive home error: 0 NumberFormatter::format(): Argument #1 ($num) must be of type int|float, string given https://prnt.sc/E74wHvhIcLJO

I am sure I will face many more error this days, since sp property is outdate for more than 1 year, same like the estate template i am trying to work with, from 2024 january. when will you make it estate for php 8.3? both template and extension?

I hope you update son the features and bugs from sp property, since has a lot of potential. thanks
